Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum length of storage period?

There are a number of flexible options, however vehicles can't be stored for less than a 14 day period.

How are vehicles stored?

All vehicles are stored in a secure, discreet and unbranded location.  A bespoke Security System covering all areas of the premises, ensures the speedy identification and response to any unauthorised access to site. Please refer to our various packages for more detailed information.

How much notice do I have to give to deliver/collect vehicle?

Ideally 48 hours notice should be given to deliver/collect your vehicle during operating hours. Even if you have visited before, to ensure the ongoing security of the site, we still require notice of your intended visit.

What is the payment process?

The preferred method for payment is via BACs. Storage packages are charged monthly in advance and any additional services taken will be invoiced the following week. Invoices will be sent via email to advise of upcoming payments. Short term storage options will be discussed on an individual basis, but will require payment in advance.
